This is the perfect tour to discover the charm of Argentina's capital, from the chic districts of Recoleta and Palermo, to historic Plaza de Mayo, and architectural icons such as the Colon opera house, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the palace of Congress. The program finishes in old town San Telmo, home of the city's aristocracy until the late 19th century; Caminito street, in La Boca, the colorful shelter for Italian immigrants by the Riachuelo, and the young thriving restaurant scene at the Puerto Madero waterfront.

Home to the gaucho, the humid pampa is one of the most fertile natural prairies in the world and is famous for its production of beef and cereals. Only a few kilometres away from the City of Buenos Aires, in a natural environment with beautiful landscapes, we will be honored with their typical national asado, empanadas, and excellent Argentinian wines. The wild smell of the countryside will invite us to break away from routine and discover a charming hundred-year-old rural tradition in the midst of the XXI century. Folk songs and dances, equestrian activities, and unbeatable shows of traditional gaucho skills, such as ring races, cuadreras (horse races), entrevero de tropillas (horse games): let’s live the traditional lifestyle of Argentinian ranches through the gaucho, the greatest symbol of these lands.

To admire Bariloche in its greatest splendor, we will drive along the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi on Bustillo Ave. until reaching Playa Bonita, with its beautiful view of Huemul Island. We will reach Campanario Hill and appreciate one of the most beautiful views: Lakes Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno, San Pedro Peninsula, Victoria island, Otto, López, Goye and Catedral hills, and downtown Bariloche. At Llao-Llao, we will observe San Eduardo Chapel, and Pañuelo Port, on Nahuel Huapi. We will cross the bridge over lake Moreno and, on our way back, we will skirt lakes El Trúbol and Nahuel Huapi until reaching Bustillo Ave. Overnight at the hotel.

Behind the steep cliffs, Victoria island treasures a wide range of animals and plants and valuable cave paintings in barely 30 square kilometres. After sailing 11 km, from Bariloche's San Carlos harbor or Llao Llao's Puerto Pañuelo, the boat arrives to the island where the group may enjoy a walk through the green conifer nursery. On the boat again, the itinerary continues to Quetrihue peninsula, to find the famous cinnamon-colored arrayan forest and its popular wood cabin. This unique area dominated by beautiful trees was declared Natural Monument and inspired Walt Disney to sketch the classic animated film Bambi. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Friday: Bariloche – Puerto Varas (Lake Crossing)

Duration: 1 day
Near Bariloche, at Pañuelo port, we will board a catamaran and navigate the Blest branch of Nahuel Huapi lake. After visiting Los Cántaros cascade, we will enjoy lunch at Peulla lodging house and then take a bus to Alegre port. We will border Frías lake and enjoy the view of Tronador hill. We will arrive at Frías port, and take a bus through the Andean lush vegetation, and reach Peulla, the Chilean immigration office. We will board a catamaran again and sail the Todos los Santos lake, admiring the Puntiagudo hill and impressive Osorno volcano. We will then take a bus to visit Saltos del Petrohué. Driving by Llanquihue lake, we will finally arrive at Varas and Montt ports. Overnight in Puerto Varas at:

HD LLANQUIHUE & FRUTILLAR
We start our trip to Frutillar, first visiting the Llanquihue city, famous for their sausages, and it is where Maullin River begins, and this area is part of the ancient Route of Settlers. We will continue along the Llanquihue Lake to the Frutillar city. This city is a beautiful village that recalls the old Bavaria, from there were the first settlers who arrived to this area. The city started in 1856 as a boarding pier, soon appeared tanneries, mills, breweries, etc. We will walk around its beautiful old houses of German style, admiring the gardens and incomparable views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes. As an option, passengers can go to the German Colonial Museum which portrays the life of the settlers, and at the lake shore, observe the Teatro del Lago (Lake Theater) where each year is presented the famous Frutillar Musical Week, this is a Summer Festival, presents classic music from Chile and abroad that offers each year, approximately 40 concerts.

HALF DAY CITY TOUR PUERTO MONTT & PUERTO VARAS (SHARED BASIS)

We’ll begin the tour from the lovely city of Puerto Varas, also known as “The City of Roses”, with a stop on the lake shore road to appreciate the view of the city from the bay and the "Aurora" sculpture with Llanquihue Lake background. We get to see many of the Attractions of here; the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church built during the year of 1915 to 1918, Baroque Style it’s an exact replica of a church in Black Forest, Germany, from there came some of the first settlers since 1852, The Old Neighbourhood. After that we will go to the downtown by the shore of the beautiful Llanquihue Lake and depending on weather we will see the Osorno Volcano with itis ice melting that enhance the water level of the Llanquihue Lake. The tour continues going to the Route of Settlers passing by Alerce village and accessing the Puerto Montt city visiting the highest place in Puerto Montt city, where we will see the most beautiful view of the city, the ocean and Tenglo Island From there we’ll go to the German Monument located in the Main Square, the waterfront pier and the Cathedral, enjoying during the visit the German influence in the architecture of the houses, garden and buildings, and the mix of both cultures. Later we continue going to Angelmó, famous in Chile, because it has many Hand Crafts and Gifts shops, and of course the City Central Market, where we can see how it works one of the principal economic activities, the fishing and sea food, that gets there fresh from the boats to the buyers. Also here we have typical cooking places, basically are restaurants where you can find sea food, fishes and other delicious specialties of the Chilean cuisine.

Santiago is a cosmopolitan city that blends tradition with modernity. We will show you the origins of our city and landmarks such as Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Post Office and the Municipality of Santiago. The tour will continue to the Government Palace and we will have the chance to walk through some of the most traditional streets and neighborhoods. Later we will go towards the east, where we’ll see modern buildings and how they have transformed the city.

FULL DAY VIÑA DEL MAR + VALPARAISO (SHARED BASIS) -  (Minimum 02 passengers)
Departing from downtown Santiago you head toward the coast, located just 120 kilometers / 75 miles from Santiago, crossing the fertile Curacaví and Casablanca Valleys, with their beautiful vineyards, fruit tree farms, and forest reserves. En route you will visit two major cities of the country: Viña del Mar, Chile's main seaside town and Valparaíso, a port city founded in the sixteenth century and declared as "World Heritage Site by UNESCO." 

The tour also includes a scenic tour through National Congress, Parque O'Higgins, Parque Italia, Plaza de la Victoria, Plaza Sotomayor and "Muelle Prat Wharf located at the port itself in Valparaiso. Then visit the Museum of the famous Chilean poet, writer and Nobel Prize Literature winner (1971) Pablo Neruda La Sebastiana House-Museum. La Sebastiana was a fantasy place by Pablo Neruda wanted to run to and away from the hectic and busy pace of Santiago. “I feel the tiredness of Santiago. I want to find in Valparaiso a little house to live and write quietly. It must have some conditions…” This was how Pablo Neruda put it in 1959 to his friends Sara Vial and Marie Martner. The house became a reality and now houses a collections of old maps, seascapes and other paintings. There are many other relics from the port and other curios such as music boxes and an old horse carved in wood. You will visit the elevators – cable cars that take you to the peaks around Valparaiso with amazing look outs – miradores – offering views of the city. Cerro Alegre-Cerro Conception, Sotomayor Square, Naval Heroes Monument, and Paseo 21 de Mayo at Cerro Playa Ancha are just a few sites you will see. Vina del Mar, also known as "the Garden City", has 300,000 inhabitants and is the country's main beach resort. Located next to the Port of Valparaiso, it has a good selection of restaurants, a casino, cafes and discotheques and shops. Past and present intermingle in this bustling tourist center. Here, you will visit the "Flowers Clock", "Quinta Vergara", "Muelle Vergara" and "the casino", before your guide takes you for a drive along the coast to Reñaca Beach.

Day 11: Tuesday: Depart Santiago
